Aircraft Engine Covers

Tjessem Presenning supplies custom-made aircraft engine covers with logo printing to Aero Norway and other MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities in Norway and worldwide.

The engine covers are equipped with sewn-on safety markings and are made from thick PVC material that prevents impacts and scratches on the engines during transport. The cover is completely sealed, ensuring that any potential leakage of preservation fluid is contained, protecting the aircraft or vehicle during transport.

Aero Norway, located at Sola, is an authorized CFM engine MRO facility specializing in the maintenance of the CFM56-3, CFM56-5B, and CFM56-7B engine types, with a global customer base. The aircraft engines shipped from Aero Norway are packed in protective covers produced by Tjessem Presenning.

Tjessem Presenning provides engine covers for all three engine variants serviced by Aero Norway. Each cover prominently features Aero Norway’s logo. The design and material selection prioritize durability, thickness, and complete sealing, while avoiding metal components or sharp parts that could scratch the engines. As a result, the covers are equipped with plastic zippers.

Both inside and outside the workshop, carts, tools, and engine stands that need protection from weather, impacts, scratches, dust, or foreign object debris (FOD) are fitted with various protective covers from Tjessem Presenning. All of these covers are branded with Aero Norway’s logo.

For customer parts, the covers are equipped with pockets for engine serial number identification. Aero Norway also uses several other protective covers from Tjessem Presenning, including engine connector covers designed to protect the engine frame during transport.
